Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Great Britain Limited - Share a Coke and make someones day with a free cooler bag.
1. Promoter: Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Great Britain Limited, Uxbridge, UB8 1EZ. Please do not send correspondence to this address.
2. The Offer: 30,000 Share a Coke cool bags to be claimed in total. Cool bags subject to availability across each retailer store and only available until stocks last, on a first-come-first-serve basis.
3. To claim the offer, purchase 2 x 18 packs of Coca-Cola Zero Sugar or Diet Coke in a single transaction from Sainsbury’s, to receive a free ‘Share a Coke’ cool bag. The ‘Share a Coke’ cool bag will be available to pick up at fixture in-store. Eligible products will be subject to availability. Maximum of one cool bag per transaction. Offer only available in-store and not online.

4. Eligibility: Offer is available to residents of Great Britain aged 18+ except employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and any other companies associated with the promotion. In entering the promotion, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.
5. Start date and closing date: This offer is valid from 00:00 on 11.06.2025 to 23:59 on 01.07.2025, or until all of the prizes have been redeemed, whichever is earliest.
6. No responsibility can be accepted for offers not claimed or orders that are not submitted on time or in full, lost, mislaid, damaged, or delayed via e-mail/phone, regardless of cause, including, but not limited to, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind, or corrupted webpages.
7. In the event of circumstances outside our reasonable control, we reserve the right to void, suspend or cancel the offer where it becomes necessary to do so, or amend or alter the terms of the offer at any time, but we will always endeavour to minimise the effect on participants to avoid undue disappointment.
8. In so far as is permitted by law, we, our agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate you or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death occurring as a result of taking up the offer except where it is caused by the our negligence or that of our agents or distributors or that of their employees. Statutory rights are not affected.
9. Our decision is final in relation to the offer and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
10. In the event of a discrepancy between these standard terms and conditions and the details in the offer materials, these terms will prevail.
11. We reserve the right to verify all claims and to refuse the offer where there are reasonable grounds to believe:
11.1 there has been a breach of:
11.1.1 these terms and conditions;
11.1.2 any law; or
11.1.3 any instructions forming part of this offer’s requirements or otherwise;
11.1.4 a participant's conduct is contrary to the spirit or the intention of the offer.
12. If any provision of these terms and conditions (or any part thereof) is held to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions (or part thereof) will remain in full force and effect.
13. These terms and conditions are governed by relevant English law and you and we agree to only bring legal actions about these terms and conditions in an English court. We will try to solve any disagreements quickly and efficiently.
